日本赤十字社 東京都支部による“首都直下型地震”をテーマにした「Action！防災・減災プロジェクト」の動画制作（シナリオ制作含む）ならびに特設サイト制作を手掛けた。“視聴者参加型動画”の構想のもと、シナリオ（脚本）とそれに付随するキャラクターを発想。「防災・減災のための説明動画」＋「2つの選択を求められる設問動画」を組み合わせた『10の選択』を創り上げた。

After designing my ideal week, I had a much clearer idea of how to create a framework for my week that would empower me to feel more focused by theming days of the week, and even parts of the day. I spent nearly a year turning down every new project (and even getting rid of old ones) so that I could reduce my workload, build in more margin, and create what is now Digital Strategy School. It takes time to build margin into your schedule.
